1. Are you a factory or a trading company?

A company with own factory and trade. We have complete production lines, R&D team, QA control and marketing service. We have 16 years OEM/ODM experience in kitchen knife market .Provide more competitive price, control the production time and quality easily.

2. How can i get a sample?

If you need a sample, please feel free to contact our sales to get the sample .The sample usually will be available within 3-7days.

3. What’s the minimum order quantity?

We accept small order. We are a factory so normally order up to 1000pcs is acceptable.

4. Can your factory accept customized product?

You customized order is warmly welcomed. We have our own R&D department which can make the products as your requirement. We provide customized servier in packaging and product.

5. How many employees in your factory ?

We have about 200 staff in our company include R&D team, business trade team, finance sector, professional workshop worker, design team and so on.

6. What is your prodcution time?

Delivery is usually within 35-45 days of receipt your advance payment. Normally it’ll take 35-45days to produce a new order, if you got urgent request, you could contact with our sales team to see what we can do for you. We do have our own patent automatic welding machine from R&D team so that we can shorten the delivery time base on guaranteeing the quality.

7. What's your Payment and Price Term?

Both T/T payment in advance and L/C at sight are acceptable but in general T/T is recommended as it comes with quicker transfer and lower bank charges. Normally we deliver goods by sea and air. The payment is 30% deposit and 70% balance payment in usual.
