Can your factory do the customized order?

yes.We are factory , we offer customized service . We can customized products and packaging as your request . You can send you new design to us for reference , or you can tell us your idea , we have designer help to design as your requirement.

How many pieces in a carton ?

Different items will be wrapped different packing way, please let us know which some items are you looking for then we will help you check the specific packing list.

Can I get a sample?

Yes, sure. We would like to send you sample to check quality ,but you need to pay sample fee and shipping fee .

Can you provide your certifications?

Here are all the certifications we have:ISO9001/BSCI/SGS/BV/LFGB/FDA. If you want more test for your items, please let use know and we can help you with that.

What is your payment terms?

The payment term is 30% deposit and 70% balance payment . What kind of payment term do you want ? We can discuss for the payment term.

Who could provide the Warranty Service?

We will provide the warranty service .But please don't worry the quality, we have QC to check quality before the shipment.

Do you support dropshipping?

Yes. But the shipping fee is a little expensive in small quantity . If you have freight forwarder can help to shi by drop shipping ?

How long will it take to ship to my country?
